Our Mission
Our mission is to eradicate easily preventable deaths in African countries by stimulating sustainable systems of prevention
At our core, we believe that everyone should have access to a healthy and fulfilling life, and that preventable deaths are simply unacceptable. To achieve our mission, we focus on creating sustainable, long-term solutions that can be adapted and scaled by the communities we work with, in order to bring about lasting change and improvement in safety. By empowering individuals and communities to take ownership of their own well-being and safety, we can make a significant impact on the lives of those most in need. Cause
Our Causes
In the first six months of 2021, 48 people have drowned in the Dakar region four more than over the same period in 2020.
Our organization is committed to reducing the number of preventable drownings and injuries at beaches in Senegal. To achieve this, we provide lifeguard chairs that enable lifeguards to effectively monitor the water and respond to emergencies. By hiring local workers to build these chairs, we not only improve beach safety, but also create employment opportunities in Senegal. This benefits the local economy and promotes the well-being of communities in the region. With your support, we can continue to make a positive impact on the lives of those most in need, and work towards a safer, more secure future for all.
