Ousmane Diagne
Founder and Executive Director
Ousmane is an investment manager and principal of Timbuktu Capital Management, LLC, a Boston based asset management and investment advisory company. He is a member of the CFA institute and The Boston Security Analysts Society, Inc. Ousmane has over 20 years of experience working both as a market maker (trader on the floor for Charles Schwab) and as financial advisor.
He is the president of the Senegalese Organization of MA from 2013 to present and a volunteer parent coach with Brookline soccer programs since 2013. As a financial advisor, Ousmane had always been focused on helping his clients achieve their financial goals. He worked with individuals and businesses to create financial plans that were tailored to their needs, and he enjoyed the satisfaction of seeing his clients succeed.
Although Ousmane had helped many clients achieve their financial goals throughout his career, he eventually realized that he wanted to make a broader impact on the world, particularly in his home country of Senegal. It was this desire to use his skills and expertise to make a difference that led to the creation of PDV.
